“It was a joyful evening, with long, banquet tables of communal dishes, the room made warm through the implicit buy-in to the concept by everyone in attendance, everyone being a little serious about being silly.”

TULSMÅ,

Tulsa’s love letter to IKEA

Tulsmå, the first-ever fine dining pop-up restaurant inspired by IKEA, was held on June 14-17, 2024.

The menu was created and served by et al., a James Beard Award-nominated collective of chefs in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The restaurant sold out within 12 hours and amassed a waitlist of several hundred.
